Your Role
As a Working Student in our People department, you will support our People & Culture team in various HR-related tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.
Your responsibilities
- Support the People Partner Team for Corporate Center functions (e.g. collecting, aggregating and analyzing data, creation of presentations, communicating with internal HR stakeholders)
- Assist in preparation and execution of HR campaigns (e.g. salary review)
- Support HR projects and internal initiatives (e.g. introduction of global job architecture)
- Help prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation Provide general administrative support to the People Partner team
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
- First practical experience in HR or office administration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- High level of confidentiality and reliability
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
