To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible for the position:

Working Student IT Service Management (f/m/d)


Support the IT Service Managements Team in Germany in two or more of these areas:

  • Incident Management (e.g. check the data quality of incident records, identify long lasting in-cidents, help identifying incidents that are assigned to wrong support groups and help reas-singing them)
  • Problem Management (e.g. identifying recurring incidents that could be eligible to be input to the Problem Management, track problem record lifecycle)
  • Change Enablement (e.g. sanity check on the information provided in a change request)
  • Measurement and reporting (e.g. refining reporting criteria, build ad-hoc reports, checking that the data reported is factually correct)
  • Knowledge Management (e.g. detecting knowledge articles that needs to be updated, identi-fying incidents that could be solved through new knowledge articles)
  • Service Continuity Management (e.g. support the periodic disaster recovery test rehearsal)

  • Current enrollment in a university degree programme, ideally with a focus on economics or IT (e.g. business informatics, administration, business mathematics, computer science, en-gineering).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management concepts (ideally ITIL v4) as well as working experi-ence with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Confluence / Share-Point.
  • Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Good command of the German and English language (written and spoken).
  • High degree of inititative and independence.
  • Strong communication skills, paried with good organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, openness and willingness to learn.
