Our creative team in Berlin drives the entire process from development to launch for our private label collections. Composed of experienced designers, apparel technicians, and buyers, we constantly monitor the latest trends and identify upcoming top sellers.
As a Buying Assistant (m/f/d) Exclusive Collections (Private Label), you'll be instrumental in supporting our buyers with product development and collection planning for our womenswear and menswear lines, often collaborating with renowned fashion influencers.
- Support the Buying and Design team with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist in confirming order quantities, sales prices, and assortment planning
- Help analyze product line performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the design team on seasonal pricing adjustments to meet our profitability goals
- Participate in the sourcing and development of products
- Assist with customer and competitive analysis
- Manage purchase orders, maintain line sheets, and track product samples to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Highly organized and fashion-driven with hands-on experience supporting buying teams in dynamic, trend-focused retail environments
- A deep understanding of the fashion product lifecycle — from initial concept and sample coordination to order placement and post-delivery analysis
- Studies in textiles, business administration, or comparable training
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, with proven proficiency in analyzing sales and stock data
- A structured approach and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Enthusiasm for fashion and e-commerce, coupled with a sharp eye for trends, fabrics, and silhouettes
- Strong awareness of customer behavior and competitor activity
- Motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail
- A hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passionate about the intersection of creativity and commerce, with a collaborative mindset and strong administrative skills
