In brief
Are you passionate about driving customer growth and satisfaction in a dynamic digital landscape? Do you have a strong interest for or experience in savings and investments? Nordnet is seeking a dedicated Head of Marketing and Digital sales to lead our team in Germany. In this key role, you'll lead the development and implementation of local marketing plans and content, working closely with a talented local team and Nordnet Nordic Marketing.

At Nordnet Germany, the marketing team is a driving force behind our growth, digital sales performance, and customer satisfaction. As the Local Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of all local marketing initiatives and play a central role in establishing a consistent brand experience and customer engagement in the German market.
In this pivotal role, you will be part of the management team at Nordnet Germany and report directly to the Country Manager. You will also contribute at a strategic level as a member of the Nordic Marketing Management team, helping guide in local prerequisites across the entire region.
You and your marketing team will have responsibilities such as:
- Develop and execute the local marketing plan that supports Nordnet Germany's business goals.
- Develop content strategy and produce content across all Nordnet Germany's own channels (web, blog, podcast, social media).
- Execute local campaigns and measure results both locally and with support by the Nordic Marketing unit.
- Develop and drive local initiatives, projects and partnerships.
- Optimizing Germany's own marketing channels, maintaining websites (CMS) and the app.
- Participate in relevant projects and business development initiatives at Nordnet, locally and Nordic.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Higher education and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in marketing, journalism or content production. Good in writing/copy and understands the value of a coherent and consistent brand experience.
- Operational experience in marketing and content production within digital business models for the retail market.
- Experience in banking, finance, or a strong personal interest in savings and investment.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
As a person, you possess a strong ability to understand the value of how communication and content in contributing to customer growth and satisfaction. You can explain complex products simply in writing. You have knowledge of and an understanding of how to make magic of organic content and are a hands on writer/copy.
You enjoy working with a focus on results and are ambitious. You have strong communication skills, both oral and written. You possess good collaborative skills and can demonstrate results from leading and developing effective marketing teams.
