The Head of Trade Marketing is accountable that activation campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base, is in charge of the creating and driving the activation vision and defines best in class execution at the Point of Buying.
How you will contribute
- Strategy: Create & lead the shopper activation strategy and vision cross- category and across the customer base
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute national and customer specific trade marketing plans across the Point of Buying, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and excellence in execution
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop highly engaged team of 9 Activation Managers and Experts
- Market & Shopper Analysis: Understand key drivers of purchase and initiate market and competitive analysis to identify trends & conclude actions
- Cross- Functional Leadership: Influence across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to align shopper activation plans with broader business priorities
- Agency Management: Strong relationship & network management to external partners and agencies
- Performance Analytics: Lead and develop post program analysis and return of investment assessment for all trade activities
- Budget Ownership: Own Trade A&C Budget
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- University Degree in a related field required, e.g. sales, marketing
- 8+ years professional experience in commercial FMCG roles
- Strong understanding of FMCG market
- Strong leadership and influencing skills required
- German and English proficiency mandatory
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, creativity and analytical strengths required
