To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible for the position:

Intern IT Service Management (f/m/d)


  • Support the local Service Owner for monitoring in a currently ongoing technical migration project.
  • In addition, support the IT Service Managements Team in Germany in these areas:
    • Monitoring and Event Management (for selected cases, support the process of automatic creation process of incidents)
    • Service Configuration Management (if requested, support the collection/update of all Configu-ration Items data, including their relations and dependencies)
    • Measurement and reporting (if requested, refine reporting criteria, build ad-hoc reports, checking that the data reported is factually correct)

  • Current enrollment in a university degree programme, ideally with a focus on science or IT (e.g. mathematics, business informatics, computer science, engineering).
  • Knowledge of the main components of Business/Enterprise IT, such as Windows and Linux, Web- and Application Servers, Databases, etc.
  • Working experience with bash scripting, perl, Powershell, and python.
  • Working experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ideally, knowledge of IT Service Management concepts (ideally ITIL v4).
  • Good command of the German and English language (written and spoken).
  • High degree of inititative and independence.
  • Strong communication skills, paired with good organizational skills.
  • Curiosity, openness and willingness to learn.
