To support our Sales Team for the Rock Tools & Wear Parts we are looking for a

Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

for our Headquarter in Meerbusch.


  • Drive territory growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities—managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Serve as technical and commercial lead, guiding customers, distributors, and agents on rock-tool products, wear parts and drilling applications.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy to meet sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels—buyers, engineers, site managers—to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor and support channel partners, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide expert product training and field support, including demonstrations, trials, and technical workshops.
  • Collaborate internally with Product Line Managers, Application Engineers, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and gather customer insights.
  • Report and forecast sales activities and share market intelligence to inform product development strategies.
  • Visit partners and customers regularly to gather market insights, support field activities and maintain visibility.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or similar technical field) or equivalent technical background; experience with rock drilling tools highly preferred.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, preferably in mining, rock tooling, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
