As a Sales Engineer Battery, you will be the key technical and commercial interface between our customers in the battery and e-mobility sector and our internal teams. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored innovative solutions, and drive business growth in this rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the battery and energy storage sector.
  • Identify customer challenges and propose customized solutions.
  • Positioning Stokvis as an innovative and competent solution provider.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Sourcing to develop application-specific solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions and support product testing and validation processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
  • Support the implementation of new projects from concept to production.


  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or application engineering, ideally in the battery, automotive, or electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
  • Strong project management skills, high sense of responsibility and an independent, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Knowledge of norms, quality techniques (Automotive Core Tools) and customer-specific requirements (CSR) are a plus.
