- Developing and managing the governance of the Digital HR Eco System
- Further development oft the digitalization strategy, policies, and processes
- Manage of the digitalization portfolio and development of the roadmap in alignment with the internal & external stakeholder on Group & Holding level
- Secure the operational availability of our Digital HR Eco System by establish an excellent test logic and test management including efficient test cases
- Manage the global HR digitalization projects (new demands, change requests and software releases)
- Manage the system improvements with the Process Owner & Process Delegates
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Informatics or other relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Open-minded, self-driven and innovative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a great interest in IT implementation projects
- Proficiency in international/cross-functional project management, moderation of workshops (face to face and online), organization (planning, problem solving, implementation), conceptualization of new ideas and using digital tools (Office 365, Teams, etc.)
- Existing network within the TRATON GROUP brands and Volkswagen Group as well as experience in working in a matrix structure and cross-brand environment is a plus.
- Open to international business trips to the locations of TRATON GROUP
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), Swedish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not a must
