ABOUT

As an HR Digitalization Working Student, you'll play an essential role in supporting change management and driving digital transformation within our HR department. You'll create engaging content, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the adoption of digital HR systems.


/ Enhance internal communication: Develop and publish clear, engaging intranet content (guides, process updates, training materials) to support employees in adopting new digital HR solutions.
/ Facilitate workshops & training: Organize and lead HR Digitalization workshops to introduce system updates, discuss process adaptations, and ensure smooth change adoption.
/ Support system optimization: Participate in system training, assist with user testing, troubleshooting, and ensure ongoing system maintenance.
/ Create and maintain documentation: Develop and continuously improve user guides, process documentation, and training materials in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
/ Collaborate across teams: Work closely with HR professionals, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful digitalization efforts.


/ You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
/ You have a strong interest in HR and ideally possess some practical experience in the field. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
/ Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with an ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
/ Can think critically and propose solutions to enhance HR processes.
/ You thrive in a dynamic, international environment, working independently with a proactive and innovative mindset.
/ Excellent command of English (written & spoken) is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
