A Job That Matters: Your Tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of a knowledge management strategy

  • Maintain an effective knowledge sharing system and its content

  • Enhance the multilingual offerings of the knowledge base

  • Assist in expanding the technical content within the knowledge base

  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate knowledge management processes

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and knowledge sharing

  • Provide ad-hoc support for project work as needed

Experience That Counts: Your Skills

  • Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field

  • Basic proficiency in standard business tools

  • High proficiency in both English and German, written and spoken

  • Strong editorial skills regarding format, structure, and linguistic style

  • Assertiveness and confident communication

  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
