As part of MB.OS (Mercedes Benz Operating System), we are working on the further development and standardization of the processes, methods, and tools (PMT) used by our software developers, architects, and engineers. We are looking for strong support to further establish our SAFe Solution Train in our MB.OS organization.


These challenges await you:

  • Support of the roles Solution Architect and Solution Train Engineer of the MB.OS PMT Solution Train
  • Further development of our communication concept
  • Support on the further development of our IT architecture model
  • Support on the creation of our internal knowledge repository
  • Creation and design of solution materials (invitations, presentations, newsletters, blog posts)
  • Support in the editorial management of our internal website and other communication channels
  • Coordination with other relevant areas

Working students can start working from August 2025.


  • Enrollment in a Master's program in information management, communication sciences, communication design, information design, graphic design, business informatics or comparable fields of study
  • Knowledge of working with GIT repositories (e.g. GitLab, GitHub, Azure)
  • Knowledge of working with Markdown is advantageous
  • Knowledge of graphic editing software (e.g. Paint.NET, Inkscape, OBS Studio)
  • Knowledge in software development and software engineering
  • Knowledge of agile working methods such as Scrum, SAFe is a plus
  • Ability to communicate verbally and visually
  • Fluent expression in spoken and written German and (american) English (at least B2 level in both cases)
  • Communicative, creative, and a team player
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and motivated
  • Structured and self-reliant
