Group HR is the central HR department for the national companies in the 25 EOS countries and serves as a strategic advisor to the EOS Board. We are an international team with colleagues in Hamburg and Budapest. We offer you varied and exciting tasks, challenging projects, and interesting insights into the group. You take on responsibility for contract management of executives in 25 countries – from coordinating with local law firms to aligning with internal stakeholders across all hierarchy levels, to the precise implementation of contract-relevant content.

You ensure consistent documentation and design an efficient knowledge management system, where regulatory requirements and contractual information are effectively documented and prepared.

In strategic projects – e.g., regarding the EU Pay Transparency Directive, the CSR Directive, or other ESG-relevant topics – you contribute your analytical skills and develop practical solutions in an international context.

You work closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders and support the team hands-on with a wide range of international HR topics, primarily related to governance issues.

A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or Law, or a comparable qualification, ideally with at least five years of professional experience in an operational HR or project management environment.

A structured and analytical mindset with an eye for detail – especially in drafting employment contracts – combined with the ability to convey detailed information clearly and understandably.

Knowledge of labor law is an advantage, but above all, your willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and develop and implement pragmatic solutions is key.

You are a team player, work independently, and keep a cool head even in dynamic situations.

Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a given – German language skills are an advantage.
