As our Lead Executive Talent Partner you will spearhead and lead Executive Recruitment at Bauer Media Group. This entails being responsible for implementing a newly created executive recruitment process group-wide, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and key HR leaders to attract, assess and win the best possible talent for the executive roles. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills to run effective executive search processes, provide outstanding hiring experiences for all stakeholders, and build robust talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying future executive hiring needs, and adept at partnering with senior executives to secure exceptional talent in the industry and beyond.
- Implement and refine a comprehensive executive recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- While doing so, enabling the executive teams to assess and win these in-demand talent in the most effective way
- Manage end-to-end executive search processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers alike, while utilizing best practices to identify, assess, and attract top executive talent
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team as well as most senior HR leaders to Identify upcoming executive roles that need to be filled within the next 12-24 months
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines, ensuring these are highly relevant and engaged
- Develop strategies for talent mapping, sourcing, relationship management and engagement of these talent pools
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and key HR leaders to understand organizational needs and priorities
- Provide strategic guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers as well as potential candidates to build a network of exceptional talent that is ready to connect when the right role comes up
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to identify and attract exceptional talents within the industry and adjacent areas that would add significant value to the company
- Ensure rapid yet diligent processes to assess and secure these outstanding potential candidates
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor talent movements to proactively identify potential candidates
- Proven experience in executive talent acquisition (focus on VP+ levels), ideally in a combination of agency and in-house roles
- Strong understanding of executive recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform recruitment strategies
- Related degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Fluent German and English language skills
