Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student HR Master Data & Reporting (m/f/d), part-time. This role offers a 12-months contract, with an average workload of 20 hours per week.
Your tasks:
- Assist with the maintenance of employee master data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Monitor and process daily HR requests via internal applications and tools.
- Support the execution of employee lifecycle events such as hires, terminations and organizational changes, in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Handle structural change requests related to the organizational chart
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners through our ticketing system.
- Support the creation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards
- Enrolled student in the field of Data Science, Data Management or a related field, with a minimum 2 semesters left of studies.
- Know-how in Power BI, advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, Macro, Power Query, creation of graphs) - Python is a plus.
- Previous experience with data reports and dashboards is a plus.
- You are fluent in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, great time management, customer orientation, extraordinary service attitude, you enjoy communicating and discussing with many different stakeholders to find the best solutions.
