Process Manager Sales (Order 2 Cash) (m/f/d)
Vaillant GmbH | Remscheid | Germany
- As Process Manager, you will participate actively in the design, execution, evaluation, measurement and control of group sales processes under order-to-cash (O2C) perspective and across the overall value chain
- You will analyse and break down the current heterogeneous O2C situation across our national sales companies and establish a harmonized proposal to standardize tasks in a more efficient way to increase time-to-market, reduce costs and increase overall process efficiency and productivity
- In this role, you also act as a Process Owner, establishing program priorities and handling the change backlog, ensuring deployment activities are executed (including fit-gaps, training, and testing) according to agreed planning, budget, specifications and quality standards
- Your tasks include developing and maintaining business process documentation that will be used as references for preparing test cases and training documents
- You proactively guide and manage cross-functional teams in an international environment to develop and reflect business process requirements
- You will also provide the management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
- Qualifications: You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study
- Know-how: You already have professional experience in a business-process-oriented role and in project management
- Methods: Ideally you have worked with process and project management tools (e.g. Confluence, ARIS) and know process improvement methods (e.g. Six Sigma)
- Tools: You have knowledge of sales operational processes and SAP S/4HANA modules (especially SD: Sales and Distribution), CRM processes and Salesforce knowledge is a plus, understanding of supply chain and finance processes is beneficial
- Language: Thanks to your fluent business English and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels
