You lead, develop, and empower a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and Field Sales Executives. Through close collaboration with stakeholders across regions, departments, and business streams, you break down silos and create impact beyond the sales organization. You proactively identify and seize opportunities to win new customers while strategically expanding and strengthening existing key accounts.
- Accountable for achieving and monitoring sales-related KPIs, regional target-setting, co- development and implementation of global sales strategies.
- Responsible for steering, coaching, and motivating Sub-Regional/Area Sales Managers while optimizing the sales organizational structure.
- Facilitates collaboration across departments, business streams, and regions, including alignment with operations and key stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with governance frameworks, global processes, policies, tools, and projects in the region.
- Proactively chases new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- The position is to be filled throughout Europe.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams of sales professionals and/ or junior managers.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in the field of Sales or related area with a proven track record.
- Fluent in English (C1), additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and SAP CRM.
- Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, sales planning, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Skilled in analyzing data, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpreting profit & loss reports.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
