We are seeking a passionate and talented student who want to help shape a department that works on developing next-generation product for ZEISS. Integrated in a team of scientists and research engineers, you will work directly with the head of the department to establish leadership & management methods. Your tasks will involve researching & evaluating leadership methods, developing & managing processes for the department, preparing presentations & documents, and planning events such as workshops.

You have a talent for structuring & presenting complex information

You have a keen eye for creating appealing presentations & documents

Ideally, you want to continue as a Working Student for at least a year

You can work with us onsite in Oberkochen in a mix of remote and onsite days

Good communication skills in English and German
