To start as soon as possible, part time (max. 20 hours / week), fixed term (6 months)

RWE Group provides leadership and direction for the entire corporate structure and determines how resources – financial, human, and technological – are distributed among the different Operating Companies to align with strategic priorities.

  • Support in financial analysis and planning.
  • Preparation and coordination of reports, presentations, and decision proposals.
  • Cross-functional support for selected projects.
  • Assistance in (partial) automation of cash planning / development of a database for project tracking.
  • Conducting research on financial topics.
  • Support in day-to-day operations as well as in ad-hoc inquiries.
  • Collaboration with international teams and participation in meetings within US time zones.

  • Enrolled student in economics, finance, or a comparable field of study, ideally in an advanced semester.
  • Good written and spoken English skills and willingness to attend international meetings (US time zone).
  • Strong IT affinity and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and high self-initiative.
  • Team spirit and joy in collaboration.

Advantageous, but not essential

  • Experience in the development and maintenance of databases.
  • Initial programming experience.
