Are you passionate about people and ready to take your first steps into the world of Human Resources? We're looking for a curious and ambitious Working Student (m/f/d) to join our HR team as a Junior HR Officer. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a wide range of HR topics – from recruitment to onboarding to day-to-day operations.
- Support the HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in organizing interviews and communicating with candidates
- Help with the preparation of employment documents and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and support with data entry
- Get involved in exciting HR projects (e.g., process optimization and automation)
- Learn, grow, and bring your ideas to the table
- You're currently enrolled in a university program (Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar – we're open!)
- You're interested in HR topics and eager to get first practical experience
- You have strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- You're fluent in German and English
- You're available approx. 15–20 hours per week (flexible around exams)
