Outokumpu is accelerating the green transition as the global leader in sustainable stainless steel. - Outline and create a communications plan for the CTO function
- What are our needs to become more visible and attractive within and outside our function?
- Which communications channels do we best use for this?
- Prepare content on diverse topics for the Group Technology (e.g., department and/ or company successes, employee stories)
- Publish and update function related content on various communications channels (Intranet, Viva Engage, Teams)
- Ideate and propose content for global distribution
- Support chosen Group projects (e.g. Outokumpu Awards, video filming, creating posts/ articles)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student in communication, social media, or digital marketing with technical understanding
OR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student in technical with high interest in communications
- Excellent writing and oral skills in English, intermediate German
- Well-structured approach to tasks
- Proactive attitude towards responsibilities
