Outokumpu is accelerating the green transition as the global leader in sustainable stainless steel.   • Outline and create a communications plan for the CTO function
    • What are our needs to become more visible and attractive within and outside our function?
    • Which communications channels do we best use for this?
  • Prepare content on diverse topics for the Group Technology (e.g., department and/ or company successes, employee stories)
  • Publish and update function related content on various communications channels (Intranet, Viva Engage, Teams)
  • Ideate and propose content for global distribution
  • Support chosen Group projects (e.g. Outokumpu Awards, video filming, creating posts/ articles)


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree student in communication, social media, or digital marketing with technical understanding

OR

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree student in technical with high interest in communications
  • Excellent writing and oral skills in English, intermediate German
  • Well-structured approach to tasks
  • Proactive attitude towards responsibilities
