The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components business unit is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility.


  • Support and further development of our global HR- IT landscape regarding future trends and needs
  • Definition and harmonization of our global HR processes.
  • Identification of opportunities for simplification, automatization and digitalization of our worldwide HR systems and processes.
  • Implementation of digital HR tools worldwide, in particular SuccessFactors
  • Develop and provide reports and ad-hoc analyses for HR management and other stakeholders, including identification of trends and adequate measures.

  • Completed studies in business administration or a similar education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR systems, controlling or related areas.
  • Initial experience in the management of digitization projects is an advantage.
  • Deeper knowledge in the administration of HR systems and databases, ideally SAP Success Factors and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a team-oriented way of working and excellent communication skills.
  • Independent and proactive approach with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Good language skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are highly appreciated.
