- Conduct market and strategic competitor analysis, including the assessment of industry trends
- Help drive structuring market intelligence data
- Assist in the development of corporate growth and value creation strategies
- Support in target screening and the execution of M&A projects
- Help work out management presentations
- Bachelor (senior) or master student in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable study program
- Strong interest in strategy and M&A
- First work experience (through internships) in strategy consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Fluent in German and English
