Our Commercial Operations-Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Assist with HR-related tasks and projects e.g., Commercial Operations learning strategies, DEI conform job adds, support optimization of recruiting, etc.
- Demonstrate willingness to deepen your understanding of MS tools independently
- Spport the development of Commercial Operations' strategies and initiatives related to the People Pillar
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
- Ability to learn independently
- Strong desire to increase knowledge related to MS platform applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
