In this dynamic future market, we grow ambitiously and profitably over the next years and are continuously developing our management organization. Therefore, we are looking for a qualified personality (m/f/d) as Director Sales & Proposal Management.


In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the strategic sales orientation of the division, with a special focus on projects in the area of turnkey plants/systems. Together with your highly qualified team (up to 25 employees in sales project management, technical sales and cost estimation), in close cooperation with our project management and adjacent divisions, you will market our range of technologies and competencies in existing and new markets and manage the sales process from initial contact to final proposal preparation and negotiation. In addition, you will be responsible for securing and further developing our acknowledged high level of expertise and quality, for the performance and profitability-oriented management of the existing organization, and for the continuous optimization of our instruments and processes. You report directly to the CEO of the division.


As an experienced sales / proposal manager from the large project business (plant engineering - turnkey/EPC, special machine construction, engineering, industrial services) or a structurally similarly complex technology environment and/or customer focus (process industry, metalworking industry, energy, infrastructure, construction, facilities, etc.), you have been working successfully for several years in a comparably demanding position, and are proven to be able to further develop market strategies and to implement them internationally. With analytics, methodology and internal/external networking, you quickly generate technological understanding of topics and sales focus for the economic assessment of projects. With your high degree of service / customer orientation and cultural awareness as well as your cooperative, goal-oriented leadership style, you create enthusiasm and motivation in your team and promote willingness to change and qualification of your employees.
