- Support
- Uniper's return to capital market viability, which requires regaining a standalone investment grade rating (one of Uniper's key priorities)
- the regular preparation of meetings with Uniper's Rating agencies incl. development and housekeeping of the rating model and active monitoring of Rating Agencies behavior and their methodologies
- Uniper's strategy implementation by consideration of financial stakeholder perspectives incl. compatibility with Uniper's rating requirements
- Manage and support corporate funding transactions for Uniper group in debt and equity capital markets or other financing markets with internal and external stakeholders
- Support development of innovative, tailor-made and ESG-oriented financing solutions to empower the strategy implementation as well as Uniper's investment grade credit rating going forward
- Monitoring the development of ESG relevant matters at capital markets and Uniper´s key financial stakeholders
- Support M&A projects of Uniper group from a financing and rating perspective
- Prepare and deliver timely and high-quality decision-making proposals to relevant internal stakeholders (Senior Group Finance Management Team, CFO, Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Steering committees)
- Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, law or similar education, ideally focused on Finance or Banking
- First working experience in respect of corporate finance or a finance-related field
- Extended knowledge in international financing markets combined with a strategic understanding of the energy sector, ratings and ESG requirements of various stakeholders
- Strongly developed analytical skills combined with a structured and solutions-oriented working approach
- Team player with experience to lead sub-projects
- Proven strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with various internal (up to Board of Management) and external stakeholders
- Positive attitude towards change; willingness and ability to drive things forward with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
- Business fluent in English; German is a plus
