  • Taking care of existing customer base
  • Checking incoming orders and delivery specifications with the respective valid delivery program and, if necessary, technical clarification with the specialist departments
  • Clarification of difficult technical issues with foreign departments and demanding customers
  • Handling project based orders, communication, document handling
  • Commercial control of incoming orders, taking into account various documents and systems
  • Possible clarification of open/unclear, difficult points with sales or directly with the customer
  • Monitoring and, if necessary, increasing the commitment/credit limit
  • Booking of orders and confirmation to customers, order related document handling
  • To draw up the invoices also credit and debit notes in accordance with the applicable signature guidelines
  • Monitoring of the shipping stocks (call off & consignment) within the specified targets and take the appropriate measures
  • Maximizing invoicing by reducing the inventory backlogs with sales/customer contacts
  • Date tracking of the order backlog, customer-specific initiation of shipping, active clarification with SCM and companies in the event of production delays
  • Participation in customer visits and events

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent
  • Professional experience in the Project management, sales area and areas dealing with customers desirable
  • Technical understanding of materials & production, knowledge in SAP preferred
  • Industry experience, product knowledge and customer knowledge is beneficial
  • Good spoken and written German and English language skills
  • Goal-oriented, efficient and independent way of working
  • Good communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical understanding; communication & decision-making strength; confident demeanor & striving for improvement
  • Good user skills of MS Office, SAP, Power BI etc.
