- Taking care of existing customer base
- Checking incoming orders and delivery specifications with the respective valid delivery program and, if necessary, technical clarification with the specialist departments
- Clarification of difficult technical issues with foreign departments and demanding customers
- Handling project based orders, communication, document handling
- Commercial control of incoming orders, taking into account various documents and systems
- Possible clarification of open/unclear, difficult points with sales or directly with the customer
- Monitoring and, if necessary, increasing the commitment/credit limit
- Booking of orders and confirmation to customers, order related document handling
- To draw up the invoices also credit and debit notes in accordance with the applicable signature guidelines
- Monitoring of the shipping stocks (call off & consignment) within the specified targets and take the appropriate measures
- Maximizing invoicing by reducing the inventory backlogs with sales/customer contacts
- Date tracking of the order backlog, customer-specific initiation of shipping, active clarification with SCM and companies in the event of production delays
- Participation in customer visits and events
- Completed commercial education or equivalent
- Professional experience in the Project management, sales area and areas dealing with customers desirable
- Technical understanding of materials & production, knowledge in SAP preferred
- Industry experience, product knowledge and customer knowledge is beneficial
- Good spoken and written German and English language skills
- Goal-oriented, efficient and independent way of working
- Good communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical understanding; communication & decision-making strength; confident demeanor & striving for improvement
- Good user skills of MS Office, SAP, Power BI etc.
