As part of the global Howmet Aerospace Group, the Aichach site serves as a sales organization and service center for the marketing of aircraft fasteners.

The majority of working hours will be on site, with approximately three customer visits a month.


  • To establish and develop our growing Aero Distribution position mainly within Germany and Eastern Europe and additional countries to be defined.
  • Assistance to the Sales Director with establishing Sales Action Plans.
  • You are responsible for the Account Management and the business development for the HFS Aero Customers range from OEM, MRO, Airlines and OEM subcontractors type 1, 2 and 3.
  • Develop a targeted and strategic customer potential analysis.
  • You will independently and proactively follow up on proposals.
  • You will be involved in the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategies, combined with regular market and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide advice and support to key accounts.

  • Preferred degree in business administration.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Several years of post-graduate sales experience and/or proven success in account development with aerospace distributors or manufacturers.
  • Demonstrates drive and focus on goals while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Ability to organize.
  • Negotiation skills.
