As an Account Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship between our clients and the company, ensuring clients' needs are addressed while aligning with the company's growth and development goals. This role demands technical know-how, excellence in customer retention and growth, account planning abilities, and adeptness at managing relationships across different levels.

  • Serve as the main contact point for all commercial matters for the assigned accounts
  • Seek new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet growth targets
  • Manage all procurement requirements
  • Share (critical) product feedback from customers to internal teams, such as product development and marketing
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to support efforts to land with new customers
  • Communicate new features, components and commercial terms

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the tech or software industry
  • You are familiar with cloud-native technologies
  • You have experience using CRM systems - experience in HubSpot is a plus
  • You are able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and should be able to engage with German speaking customers
