- Implementation of the Connected Training Floor: You ensure smooth implementation of our Connected Training Floor (e.g., interfaces to membership management, Smart Cardio, etc.) at our customers
- App Implementation: You are responsible for successful implementation of our personalized apps with all technical feature sets
- Customer Satisfaction: You understand customer and partner needs and define implementation processes through close communication to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Collaboration: You work closely with our experienced product team on interfaces and apps to create an optimal customer experience and continuously improve the process
- Documentation: You assist in creating and updating documentation, such as on Confluence, to keep all stakeholders informed
- Coordination: You continuously align with other teams in Operations and Customer Success to achieve common goals and exchange knowledge
- Customer Experience: You have experience in working with customers and can successfully manage customer meetings, even for more complex customer issues
- Technical Understanding: You have a strong technical understanding of software systems and mobile apps and are ideally familiar with APIs. Programming skills are an advantage
- Way of Thinking: You are characterized by analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, have a high level of consulting competence and a quick grasp of new ideas
- Working Style: You can effectively manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel and find solutions promptly through close communication with your colleagues
- Soft Skills: You are curious, like to take the initiative, are eager to learn and can deal well with change
- Tools: You have very good Excel skills and have already worked with Salesforce and Jira
- Languages: You are fluent in English and Dutch. German is a Plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months:
- Product Knowledge: You have a comprehensive understanding of our API platform including our partner integrations and our customizable apps
- Feature Implementation: You play a key role in the successful implementation of product features
- Implementation Process: You have actively shaped the implementation process
- Collaboration: You are appreciated by your team and key stakeholders from Support, Order Management, Customer Success, Sales and Product for your collaboration and valuable contribution
