The Technical Business Enablement Manager CMM (w/m/d) is a function within Hexagons Business Enablement Team of BU Metrology Devices, responsible for technological and commercial support of Hexagon Commercial Operations and of their customers. This includes product training, customer visits and consulting activities as well as quotation support. It includes working with sales, marketing, operations, applications, and service organizations to ensure revenue and client satisfaction.

Location: Wetzlar (Hybrid)
- Support commercial organizations with technical knowledge in the sales of products and solutions
- Provide technical sales support and product/application training to the Commercial Operations and their customers
- Join the regional sales force on customer visits and product demonstrations (customer events, exhibitions, etc.)
- Act as an intermediary between Commercial/Factory Operations and R&D, in all aspects of customer quotations
- Collaborate with the application team to transfer new application requirements into actionable information for sales and product management
- Use market and application knowledge to help align sales strategy
- Analyze potential new markets (Medical, Electronics, EV) leverage competitive intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of applying or selling CMMs or machine tools
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (internationally)
