  • Proactively driving sales activities, together with Regional Sales Units, to deliver the order intake target
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans for our key markets and target accounts
  • Capturing and closing deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support by bid managers, Product Manager and engineering
  • Understanding customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from our Solutions Consultant
  • Building and maintaining a network of relationships with customers, local partners and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
  • Maintaining an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and reporting to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company processes and policies
  • Willingness to travel worldwide (30%)

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management or Marketing & Sales
  • 3 years of experience of complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense or public infrastructure
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrated track record as negotiator and deal closer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations
  • Profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
