- As a manager, you lead your local team of project and product managers directly and work closely with the project and product managers assigned to your product group at the international HELLA locations.
- You have global profit and loss responsibility for the assigned projects and products over all relevant HELLA locations.
- You ensure the establishment and maintenance of customer relationships and present new products and ideas to customers.
- You plan your products as part of the annual strategy process regarding the expansion of the customer and product portfolio.
- You recognize and follow trends in the market environment and act accordingly.
- You are responsible for the business case of your product group according to budget and sales planning.
- You develop the assigned products with competitive technology, quality and market-driven costs.
- You report to the head of the segment in your area of responsibility.
- You have
- a degree in engineering or related areas,
- several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role in the automotive industry,
- distinctive experience in international project business and
- good knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry.
- You are highly committed and have a proactive attitude.
