You will be responsible for requirements and supplier collaboration in the product development of customized solutions and support the product creation process from pre-development to series production.
- You develop and verify new optoelectronic components and technologies (LEDs, smartLEDs, miniLEDs, µLEDs, displays, SmartGlass, etc.)
- You will be responsible for requirements and supplier collaboration for product development with international partners.
- You will work in and together with cross-system and cross-domain teams and support global series development in the field of optoelectronic systems.
- You will be responsible for the development of optoelectronic components and systems.
- You will be responsible for initiating, conducting and evaluating reliability tests in the field of component and technology development.
- You will be responsible for basic research and pilot applications.
- You will work closely with our global suppliers and development partners in an international and highly motivated team.
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, microsystems technology, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the field of optoelectronic systems (LED technology, display technology, control), ideally in the automotive sector preferred
- Knowledge in the fields of optics, electrical engineering, thermal management and assembly and interconnection technology of optoelectronic systems
- Knowledge of securing lifetime, analysis, measurement and testing technology
- Analytical and strategic thinking, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Proactive, team-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative and motivation
- Ability to coordinate and manage project teams
- Very good English and German language skills
