Head of Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

  • Lead all internal and external communication and also marketing activities of the company on corporate level
  • Develop and implement the Mabanaft corporate communications and marketing strategy together with our management team
  • Lead a team of two experienced communication professionals with a positive spirit and grow together into a first class communications team
  • Provide counsel and support to our senior management on aspects of internal and external communication
  • Develop and execute the external communications strategy for media and public relations, branding, sustainability and project communication, conferences and events as well as digital and social media
  • Closely cooperate and collaborate with the newly build Product Marketing team within our sales organization
  • Actively drive change management efforts through employee communication across existing and future communication channels

  • University degree in Business Administration, Communications or other related field
  • Profound expertise in external and internal corporate communications in an international company
  • First experience in leading a team
  • Fluency in German and English, other languages advantageous
  • Enjoy working in a team and multinational environment
