AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig. The Investor Relations and Analysis team is searching for an additional team member in Berlin to support financial and corporate analysis and is offering a unique opportunity to join a team with an international work environment.
- Business data mining and rent roll analysis
- Financial analysis and modelling: Producing performance analysis for the management based on actual results and constructing financial projections
- Monitoring and analysis of corporate credit ratings
- Analysis of equity research reports
- Monitoring and analysis of capital and investment markets and competition
- Project-related analytical and administrative support
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field. Master's degree, MBA or CFA is a plus
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Initial experience in a similar position
- Practical experience and knowledge of MS Office applications, with profound skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with fast learning capabilities
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with "hands-on-mentality"
