Data Analyst Sustainability (f/m/d).
In this role, you'll be an integral part of our sustainability team, serving as the primary liaison for all data analysis pertaining to sustainability and our diligence systems across the Group. If you're ready to tackle significant challenges in a dynamic environment, we'd love to have you on board.
- Analyze: Drive sustainability analytics based on a common data platform, including, among others, the development of environmental footprint calculators, as well as data-driven services to create efficiencies in NKGs sustainability programs (NKG Bloom and NKG Verified), as well as partner projects and initiatives to advance sustainability along the coffee value chain.
- Design: Combine data, effective visuals, and first-hand narratives to deliver effective dashboards and reports that inform decision making, monitoring and due diligence processes in our sustainability programs.
- Innovate: Work closely with internal stakeholders and iterate data strategy to align on latest developments, technologies and processes across the coffee sustainability and traceability domain.
- Contribute: Pilot, validate and document models and indexes in order to define epics and user stories that articulate work to be done by engineering to advance the data platform.
- Act: Perform validation testing for the data platform (Incl. data integrations, bug fixes, and feature requests).
- Guide: Contribute to common data pipelines and catalogue to make data discovery, ordering, and delivery seamless and scalable.
- Collaborate: Liaise with internal stakeholders, third-party software and/or data providers to identify and propose promising solutions and data (e. g. computational agronomy, AI & machine learning) that augment value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Background: Proven (good) experience in business intelligence, analytics, and statistical analysis, with a focus on sustainability data management. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, as well as statistical software such as R or Python.
- Personality: Analytical working style, good communication skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Internationality: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of English; Spanish, Portuguese or German is a plus.
- MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package, especially Excel. Experience with Microsoft Synapse is a plus.
