Technical Quality Manager (m/f/d)

  • Check and ensure product quality standards at the manufacturing sites in China from product development to series production to final acceptance
  • Conduct regular manufacturing inspections and quality tests on non-food items, including evaluating initial samples and prototypes for safety aspects and functionality at the production sites
  • Preparate inspection and test reports and communicate the results to internal departments, e.g., QC
  • Evaluate product and production conditions
  • Check and track corrective actions and improvements
  • Develop, implement and follow up on improvements as well as corrective actions

  • Technical degree advantageous, otherwise comparable technical qualification and experience in this field
  • Several years of professional experience in quality control/quality assurance according to European standards advantageous, ideally in the field of non-food hard goods
  • Experience and knowledge of quality assurance processes through production inspections according to AQL standard DIN 2859 desirable
  • Routine in the preparation of inspection reports as well as good technical understanding
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Careful, independent and reliable work style as well as high sense of responsibility
  • High willingness to travel and work
