Master's degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a consultant role within a multinational company or advisory firm Project management experience, strong analytical skills, and proactive approach Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentoring Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality as well as a very systematic way of working Excellent German and English skills for business purposes Desirable extras.
