Financial & Internal Compliance Manager (m/f/d)


  • You are in charge of the cash flow forecast construction, monthly cash flow and CapEx monitoring, including quarterly reporting in close collaboration with accounting team
  • You support duringthe monthly P&L reporting as well as the full-year budgeting and forecasting process, especially on below PRO items (i.e. non-recurring)
  • You oversee, conduct and ensure thecompletion of audit assignments to provide independent, objective assurance to the management.
  • You follow up and ensure the closing of all internal audit points and LSF (French companies compliance law) across the entity
  • You spread across the entity an internal control culture by developing awareness through specific trainings to the employees
  • You oversee internal policies and procedures to ensure good level of internal control

  • A university degree in business economics with a focus on Controlling / Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a major audit firm and / or preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong ethics and compliance skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to conduct trainings and good presentation skills, along with experience in project management
  • Strong teamwork abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work independently, with prior experience in an international environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office package, especially in Excel. Experience with Hyperion Essbase / Excel Cube at an advanced level is preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or JD Edwards is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of German is an advantage
