You support our team as
Marketing Manager GDM (f/m/d)
- Manage the respective product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans
- Based on data analytics, understand consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products to serve consumers. Provide constant feed back to Regional and Global Teams
- Recommend go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both, in-store and online)
- Support the local Head of Marketing in developing and implementing Media (PAID Digital and non digital campaigns ), following the communication strategy based on brand objectives
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA preferred, minimum 3 years job experience as a Marketing generalist – Consumer Packaged Goods preferred
- Experience and proven record in digital marketing, media management & SEO
- Deep understanding of KPIs and P&L, and good skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management
- Strong business communication (written and oral) & presentation skills, Fluent German and English Skills
- Strong in interpersonal relationship management, working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments, team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions
