ABOUT THE JOB

TRATON SE is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist Talent Management (m/f/d) with passion for personal development and talent selection to join our international TRATON Talent Management Team.
With your profound knowledge in Talent Management, you will support in TALENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT as well as POTENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS. You will manage and improve our global DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM structure and ensure that our TRATON employees and managers have access to the required learning measures to develop core competencies that are needed to successfully contribute on our company strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTION

/ TALENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Developing and managing governance for groupwide talent management. Setting Up Leadership & Management Development policies, standards, processes, tools including global talent pools. Creating a structured process to establish and maintain training and development measures especially for Leaders within TRATON GROUP.

/ POTENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS - PROCESSES AND INSTRUMENTS
Continue the implementation of standardized tools regarding talent selection such as tools for potential evaluation, assessment centers and 360° feedbacks. Further development of the current principles and guidelines towards a Group-wide standard for Management Development.

/ TRATON GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Responsible for the entire program cycle of the TRATON Global Development Programs, including yearly program concept and budget planning, consulting of employees and managers. Conducting online and on-site sessions and workshops as well as further development of the future TRATON GROUP Programs concept.


/ Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Psychology, (Business) Education, Personnel Management/ Development, Economics or other relevant field.
/ Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management
/ Profound knowledge in the field of potential diagnostics. Knowledge regarding diagnostic procedures in the Volkswagen Group is a plus.
/ Open-minded, self-driven and innovative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a great interest in international talent development. Experience in collaborating within an international and Group wide environment
/ Experience in working in international operating matrix organizations, moderation of workshops (face to face and online), conceptualization of new ideas.
/ Resilient and able to drive projects by motivating and steering relevant stakeholders.
/ Existing network within the TRATON GROUP brands and Volkswagen Group as well as experience in working in a matrix structure and cross-brand environment is a plus.
/ Open to international business trips to the locations of TRATON GROUP
/ Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German, Swedish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not a must.
/ Ideally IT knowledge with SAP Success Factors
