- Develop digital concept and strategy for a B2B2C Beauty Brand
- Decide on opportunities by analyzing markets and generating consumer insights. Align stakeholder input, set priorities and features within product roadmap
- Through deep understanding of how to translate customer needs into software requirements, guide the engineering team's development of digital products/ features across global markets
- Lead the definition of new product / features including setting requirements, specifying features, writing user stories and evaluating results
- Provide guidance on test cases, testing and release planning to ensure effective launch of new features
- Provide guidance on the go-to market strategy for product / feature including alignment with regions/ countries, customer service, education teams and stakeholders
- Control performance across regions and countries including establishment of success metrics and analysis of data
- Develop process and structure improvements in collaboration business/tech to ensure agile working and fast time to market
- University degree, ideally product owner certification
- 5+ years experience as product manager / product owner of a consumer facing digital product
- Leadership experience in agile software development and working with scrum teams
- Able to synthesize, analyze and interpret data and transfer into actionable steps
- Experience leading UX designers and testing
- Creates a positive team spirit and builds strong relationships with internal + external stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Bonus: experience in digital transformation of large organization
- Fluent english skills
