- Perform patent searches
- Provide patent law support of product development teams
- Support individual product areas in all patent law issues
- Act in defense against unjustified claims
- Actively participate in change processes
- Monitor third party property rights
- Process invention disclosures including their evaluation and compensation
- Communicate with external patent attorneys
- Successful studies in a technical field or in Patent Engineering
- Ideally several years of professional experience in a patent department within an industry
- Profound knowledge of patent law
- Very good written and spoken English and German advantageous
