To build up our project management team in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full time (40h) and unlimited, as Project Director (m/f/d) for our Central Lithium Plant in Frankfurt.
Your mission
- As a Delivery Manager, you and your team will be responsible for handling overall projects and sub-projects of chemical plant construction for the Lithium elektrolysis plant.
- Your main tasks include technical and commercial project responsibility, taking into account all contract-relevant data.
- Organized in a matrix structure, you will take over the management of the project team consisting of project managers, schedulers, controllers, construction managers, etc.
- You take care of the coordination of internal and external partners in the project execution.
- You ensure that all phases of the project are carried out in a professional and qualitative manner, on schedule and within budget.
- You have a degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in plant or mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable.
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in independent, technical and commercial project management in the field of plant engineering, oil & gas projects, mining and EPC(m) contracts.
- You come with an extensive technical and commercial know-how with regard to order processing in large-scale plant construction.
- Fluent negotiation skills in English complete your profile.
- You are strong in teamwork and communication and you have a confident demeanor and experience in dealing competently with all project stakeholders.
- You bring Wthe willingness to travel to our locations and project partners.
- Flexible working hours as well as possibility for mobile working. (Mobile working possible on a daily basis by arrangement).
