Embark on a transformative journey with Outokumpu! We're seeking a dynamic working student to join our global Communications & Brand team. In this position, you will have a central role in supporting various communications initiatives that position Outokumpu as the sustainability pioneer and thought leader in the industry and drive internal and external engagement as we continue to build a world that lasts forever.
- Support chosen communications projects globally and locally in Germany
- Ideate and draft content for internal and external communications and support with content publication across channels
- Update and maintain content on the Group's intranet and provide editor support
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across different communication channels
- Provide support in the coordination and execution of chosen local events, photo and video shootings etc.
- Conduct research on communications trends, best practices, and strategies to provide insights and recommendations for improving corporate communication initiatives and ways of working
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate communications team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student of Communications, Marketing, Business or similar
- Practical experience in communications or marketing is considered beneficial as well as international experience (e.g., semesters abroad)
- Excellent writing and oral skills in English, intermediate German
- Ability to collaborate with various partners, enthusiastic and results-oriented working style and willingness to learn
- Confident in using MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint), knowledge of Photoshop or other visual tools is an asset
