THE CHALLENGE
In order to support our ambitious growth, the continuous development of our operations and the realization of our ESG targets, we are now looking for a Group HSE manager. Your key tasks will be to:
- Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs and policies to ensure compliance with national and international regulations as well as company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify and address potential safety and environmental hazards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site management and employees on HSE best practices, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver HSE training programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and reports as required by regulatory agencies and company policies.
- Monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, customers, and other external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
- Stay current on industry trends, developments, and best practices in HSE management.
The role is based in our Düsseldorf office and will report to TNC's Chief Production & Logistics Officer (CPLO). Given our European footprint, the role offers the opportunity to travel across our current markets & beyond, with approximately 1-3 days of travel per week.

- We are looking for a driven person with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role from relevant sectors.

- You appreciate collaboration and feel empowered by leading and coaching colleagues and employees towards achieving our common goals, while taking initiatives and bringing a hands-on attitude.
- You connect and gain trust across the TNC organization, and are not afraid to challenge stakeholders.
- In your daily work you operate on a both strategic and operative level.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English/German. Additional language proficiency is meriting.
