Manager Backoffice (m/w/d) Ontex is a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions for all generations. With a global team of around 7,500 employees, we develop, produce and distribute in about 100 countries through leading retailers and healthcare providers. Ontex was founded in Belgium in 1979 and is listed on Euronext Brussels. To reinforce our Support team we are looking for a Manager Backoffice (m/w/d). The Back Office Manager provides support to ensure flawless operation of the Global Excellence Center in Mayen coordinating the Backoffice team. The task: Administrative and coordination support in all matters relating to GEC Supporting GEC team in fulfilling their tasks and goals Organization and management of business trips, including visa processes Organization, support and follow-up of national and international conferences, meetings and events Budget management for travel and meetings Creation of presentations and reports Cooperate closely with the Innovation and technical teams to support in different projects Cooperate closely with the Digital Factory and with the Healthcare team to assist the Product Development Digital Solutions team Research for and establish contact with potential business partners Assist in the organization of machine trials; help out during trials and post-process produced samples (lab requests, storage, logistics) Organize, service and post-process national and international conferences and events Create translations in English and other languages Support in administration of the samples archive and the Technical Center Support fleet management and ensure pool cars are in correct condition Support local HSE, Facility Management and accounting departments What you bring: Several years of professional experience in international assistance at executive level Several years of professional experience with the organization of major international events Professional experience in direct and indirect employee management and as an HR interface is desired Experiences with SP-Expert SmartClient is an asset MS Office Package Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure, organizational talent, personal responsibility, reliability Strong service orientation SAP knowledge, other lab system or panel test is an asset Be able to work independently, but also be an open minded team player Creative mind Very good knowledge of both German and English is a must (spoken and written).
