Welcome to Sabana - a place where finance, strategy and an intense love for the music industry come together. Our mission is to provide up-and-coming music talent with video production and video editing services. This includes videos for social media, music videos and more. In this way, we support them to be more successful on the market.
We are currently actively supporting a talented singer, songwriter and music producer to establish a global brand. As part of this journey, we are assembling a team to work the English, German and Spanish markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in creative work that crosses traditional company boundaries, encourages innovation and supports diverse talent.
- You take over the conception, organization and implementation of video productions.
- Video productions will be aligned with a content plan/ Social Media Management and the artist.
- You carry out post-production independently and supervise the respective project until final acceptance.
- The video formats you work on are short-term content (Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube short films), but also long-term (YouTube, music videos).
- You will shoot videos with a professional DSLR camera in different locations and with different tools and also ensure sufficient lighting with the team.
- With the use of AI tools, for example, you will automate processes in post-production for efficient processes and great results.
- Video editing is carried out in tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Other plugins and tools such as CapCut are possible.
- The music industry fascinates you and you want to use your strengths and experience to become a successful part of the industry.
- You are studying in the field of video production, films/series or similar.
- You have already gained experience in video production and have a keen interest in this field.
- You have experience with camera movements, camera settings, especially the Exposure Triangle, light settings and more. Online training courses are also provided.
- You have a good eye for image composition (light and light sources, etc.), can put yourself in the target groups' shoes and know how to present the artist optimally in the various social networks.
- You enjoy working with a camera and have a feel for how to get to the heart of the matter for video recordings.
- You are no stranger to video editing and you know how to use editing tools.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other video editing programs is an advantage.
- You know the requirements of different video formats (social media channels, music videos) and can successfully take these into account in video production and post-production.
- Ideally, you are experienced in working with Nikon Z cameras, three-axis gimbals, sliders, steady cam, drones and more.
- Experience in animation is an advantage, but not essential.
- You are not afraid to test innovative solutions and implement them in your own processes.
- You are fluent in English. German and Spanish are advantageous.
