At our site in Duisburg you will find both as Senior Software R&D Engineer (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities In this position you will be part of the research and development team of Advantest's Premium SOC Test Solution - the V93000 IC Test platform. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of Hardware- and Software-R&D, product marketing, solution architects and customer support. As a Senior Software R&D Engineer (m/f/d) you will work on the development of new features for ATE tester extension cards.
